Shipping Policy
After an order is placed, processing will take about 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please take into consideration that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Normal shipping times are 3-5 days but may be delayed if the courier is experiencing a high surge of packages (especially during the holiday season).
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package was delivered to the address on the order, KITSMUI is not responsible to replace the order. Once the order has been sent to the courier, we can not change the address. Interception of packages can be submitted through the courier's website (USPS). Follow instructions on the courier website to submit interceptions. We are not responsible to pay for any fees that are associated with the interception of packages.
International Shipping
Currently only offering International shipping to Canada.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be available to track after 24 hours.
Damages/ Lost or Stolen Package
KITSMUI is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping nor are we responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have received your order damaged, please contact hello.kitsmui@gmail.com for assistance in filing a claim with the shipment carrier. If your package does not arrive in 30 days, please contact the shipping couriers used and file for a lost package report.
Please save all order proof, packing materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim.
