Return Policy (U.S.)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns after 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that you received it, unworn or unused, tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the item(s) are returned and found not in the same conditions that you received it (as stated above) you may be only partially refunded. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible to pay for the label for any return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello.kitsmui@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns, the original shipping + handling fees will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale/final sale items.

International Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges on International orders are currently not accepted.
Damages and Issues
We do inspect every item before shipment however, contact us (with proof) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item upon reception and we will try to resolve the issue. Please note that due to the fact that many of the pieces are handmade, there may be slight imperfections however it does not affect the look, integrity, or structure of the item and is therefore not considered as damages/issues.
KITSMUI is not responsible for any wear damages on items after items are worn.
KITSMUI is not responsible for replacing items that are lost or stolen.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item that you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items for any exchanges. Please note you are responsible to pay for the return label for the exchange but we will pay for the shipping label for your new item.
Each order is allowed one exchange.
For exchanges, original shipping + handling fees will not be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns may take a few days to process due to safety practices against COVID.
Original shipping + handling fees will not be refunded for product returns/exchanges. Refund will only amount to the price paid for the item(s) that have been returned with subtraction for the return label.
